2024 In-Service Days
Our 2024 In-Service days will be 8th January 2024, 15th April 2024, and 9th August 2024. The nursery will be closed so staff can attend training towards their professional development.
Christmas Closure 2023/24
Christmas closure dates for Arcadia 2023/24 Both our nurseries will close for Christmas at 6pm on 22nd December 2023 and will reopen on 9th January 2024.
2023 Scheduled In-Service days
Both Arcadia Nurseries, at Easter Bush and King's Buildings, will be closed to all of our families on Wednesday 4th January 2023, Monday 10th April 2023 and Friday 11th August 2023 for our Staff In-service days.
Christmas Closure 2022/23
Both Arcadia Nurseries, at Easter Bush and King's Buildings, will be open until 6pm on Tuesday 20th December 2022. We will then reopen as normal to all of our families on Thursday 5th January 2023. Our Staff In-service day is on Wednesday 4th January 2023.

Arcadia Nursery is runner up in the 'Small/Medium Employer of the Year 2018' in the STF Awards
Arcadia Nursery was nominated and shortlisted as 'Small/Medium Employer of the Year 2018' in the Scottish Training Federation Awards 2018. We were invited to the awards ceremony in Crieff Hydro on 28th September. Although we did not win, we are proud to be nominated, short listed and runners up. We were nominated for our partnership work with Enable Scotland and PA Training in their Modern Apprentice project. We are look forward to continuing to work together in the future and providing high quality training opportunities for the future workforce.
