Deputy Nursery Manager

Salary: Up to £26,000, dependent upon experience

40 hours per week

Arcadia Nursery is an award-winning, purpose built nursery which opened in August 2014 providing children with the perfect environment within which to blossom. Our facilities include three large rooms, which provide play and learning areas for the different age groups and an exciting garden space for outdoor creativity.

To join our expanding management team we are looking for an outstanding and flexible individual who would love to work in our busy and vibrant surroundings. We need a forward thinking Deputy Nursery Manager who is reliable, self-motivated and who can inspire and get the best from our team. You must have successful experience in leading and developing a nursery team to provide high quality childcare and development in line with best practice and nationally agreed curriculums. You will need excellent management and leadership skills with the ability to form and maintain positive and supporting working relationships. And of course you must be committed to delivering a safe, happy, caring and stimulating nursery experience for children and their families.

Nursery Nurse/Nursery Practitioner
£15,968 per annum (equating to £8.75 per hour)
35 hours per week

We are looking for a fantastic, enthusiastic and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our expanding Nursery Team. You will provide high standards of childcare and education and ensure a safe, happy, nurturing and stimulating nursery experience for children and their families.

As a member of the Nursery Team, you will assist in the care of young children between the ages of six weeks and five years. As part of a growing team, you will provide a positive, caring and fun environment for young minds to flourish. You will be a team player with excellent communication skills for building positive relationships with children, parents and teammates, hold an HNC in Childcare and Education, SNNEB, NNEB or SVQ III in Childcare and Education qualification and have post qualifying experience in working with children.
